Find a teak recliner or steamer chair for relaxed outdoor seating on your Canadian deck, terrace or garden patio. Compare Manhattan and Colorado chair-style recliners with longer Colorado steamer designs. The wooden components are Grade A teak; see ARB’s 5-Year Warranty.
For chair-style seating, compare the Manhattan teak recliner, Colorado teak recliner and Colorado teak-and-Textilene recliner. Check the chosen model’s adjustment and folding details.
For a longer lounging position, compare the Colorado teak steamer chair with the Colorado teak-and-Textilene steamer. Explore all loungers for other designs, or chair leg rests to consider a separate companion piece; compatibility needs checking.
Quick answers for choosing and caring for teak recliners and lounge pieces.
Start with chair-style reclining or a longer steamer layout, then compare a teak seat with Textilene seating on a teak frame. Check the model’s footprint and adjustment details. A separate leg rest is not included unless the product listing says so.
The recliners and steamers shown are intended for outdoor use. Natural oils help teak heartwood resist water and decay, without making it waterproof. Let wet wood dry before storage, and follow the Textilene instructions separately on mixed-material models.
Outdoor teak can gradually develop a silver-gray patina. That is a change in the wood’s color, not a care instruction for Textilene. Refer to the teak care guide for the wooden parts, and to the model’s fabric guidance for its seat and backrest.
Clean the teak as needed with mild soap and water and a soft-bristle brush, following the grain. Rinse and let the wood dry before folding or storing. ARB recommends no added teak oil or sealant. Follow separate Textilene instructions; never sand the fabric.
