International Shipping
We ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your ARB Teak & Specialties account to access order details and track your shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. ARB Teak & Specialties is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
