Can I use a teak mat inside the shower?▾
Yes. Teak is naturally suited to wet environments, and these mats are designed for bathroom and shower use. Check the selected model’s length, width and overall height, along with shower-door and drain clearance. Place it on a flat surface where it sits securely without rocking, and lift it as needed so the area underneath can dry.
Are teak shower mats slippery?▾
The raised slat design helps water drain through the mat instead of pooling underfoot. As with any wet surface, use normal care when stepping in or out of the shower.

How do I care for a teak shower mat?▾
Clean as needed with mild soap and water and a soft-bristle brush, then rinse and allow to dry. Lift the mat as needed so the shower base underneath can dry. Teak may naturally change colour over time. Rely on the wood’s own oils; ARB recommends no added teak oil, sealants or finishing products.
