Compare individual teak armchairs with shared garden seating for your Canadian patio or porch. This collection includes stackable chairs, a folding bench, park benches and a suspended porch-swing model; their storage and installation needs differ. These are Grade A teak seating pieces; see ARB’s 5-Year Warranty.
For stackable individual seats, compare the Colorado stacking armchair and Stellar stacking dining armchair. The Colorado KD armchair is another chair style to compare; do not assume every chair in this collection stacks.
For shared seating, compare the Colorado folding bench with the Colorado park bench BEN540 and Colorado park bench BEN507. The Colorado porch swing BEN541 is a suspended design: confirm its installation requirements before choosing.
For other compact storage choices, explore folding chairs. For the broader seating range, return to teak outdoor chairs.
Quick answers for choosing, placing, and caring for teak park, chair, and bench seating.
Decide whether you need an individual chair or shared bench, then compare the actual stacking, folding or fixed design. A suspended porch swing needs its own installation arrangement; it is not a freestanding park bench. Check the chosen model’s details and contact ARB about installation questions.
These teak seating pieces are intended for patios, gardens and other outdoor spaces. The natural oils in teak heartwood contribute to water and decay resistance. Let wet wood dry before stacking, folding or storage. Follow the model’s own placement and installation instructions.
Outdoor teak seating can take on a silver-gray patina as the wood weathers. This natural color change does not mean a routine oiling schedule is required. See ARB’s teak care guidance before choosing a treatment or refinishing method.
Clean the wooden seat, back and arms occasionally as needed with mild soap and water and a soft-bristle brush. Work with the grain, rinse thoroughly and let the piece dry. ARB recommends retaining the natural teak finish without added oil or sealant; inspect and maintain any suspension hardware according to its own instructions.
